Arranz Group Ltd is looking for a freelance Sales Manager responsible to manage designated sales personnel team and to acquire and handle the key business customers.

  • Acquire and retain major international retail stores as clients


  • 3+ years’ of sales experience
  • Experience in sales team leading
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Primarily, your task will be to manage and supervise the designated international freelance sales team selling the products in our product catalogue. You will also acquire major international retail stores as clients and manage your team’s key business customers. In a nutshell, your job is to sell electric mopeds, motorcycles and their ancillary products and to manage your team doing the same. The contract is freelance based, so you choose your working hours, methods and clients, though we do have our say in how to represent our brand too.

You have a proven track record of a successful sales career and a prior experience in leading a sales team. You know what you’re doing. Your experience in international sales to major retail chains is considered as a definite bonus. We are not looking for an intern, this is the real deal. Our market area is global. It does not matter to us where you live, but you need to have native-like English skills with the ability to produce formal text without grammar mistakes.

Later, when the company grows and if you have the skills, time and interest, it is possible for you to grow with the company.

Compensation is commission-based, the more you sell, the more you earn. You will also earn a commission based on your team’s sales.
